Your right
As a consumer you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from contract" button in your account settings, or send us a clear statement by email to the address in the imprint.
Consequences
We refund all payments for the subscription within 14 days, using the same payment method. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to the part of the period already used.
